Christianne Ullmark

Christianne, or Chris as she’s better known, brings years of creative experience and the precision and care that comes from being a formally trained professional dancer to each elopement. As the owner of Elope In Banff (EIB), Chris is passionate about personalized service and loves getting to know each couple throughout the planning process and on their wedding day.
Known for her energy, eye for beauty, and delightful organization, Chris has curated some of the most exceptional elopement and micro-wedding experiences for our amazing couples. She will ensure that you choose the perfect location and that your special day is planned and executed flawlessly.
With a professional background in Contemporary dance and choreography, Christianne has performed around the world and teaches regularly as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary in the School of Creative and Performing Arts. She holds a BFA in Performance (2009 TMU) and an Masters Degree (MA) in Dance Studies (2014 York University).
Christianne loves to travel, ski, hike, dance, and explore the outdoors in her spare time. Christianne lives in Canmore with her partner, Simon (an Elope in Banff photographer), and her dogs, Benni and Lacie.

With over 15 years of experience in landscape and nature photography, Kalla has a well-established eye for capturing the wild beauty of the outdoors. Her love for the mountains and the stories they hold led her to elopement photography, where she now documents heartfelt, adventurous wedding days set against breathtaking backdrops. She’s had the honor of photographing hundreds of couples in some of the most scenic locations nature has to offer.
When she’s not photographing elopements, Kalla is likely off the grid—hiking, kayaking, camping, solo traveling, or off-roading in her older-than-she-is Toyota Hilux. She completed 50 hikes last year and has even bigger plans for the trail ahead. Curiosity, creativity, and genuine connection are central to her work and life.

Caitlin will ensure everything runs smoothly – from coordinating logistics, vendors, family/ friends – and keep you smiling, so that you can truly enjoy your day.
Beyond coordinating dream elopements, she’s a dedicated figure skating coach and a skilled baker who finds joy in creating treats for loved ones. Currently, she’s channeling her love for bridal fashion into launching her own boutique, Cariad Bridal.

Driven by her passion for the arts, Mai earned a Dance Major with a Concentration in Performance from the University of Calgary.
In addition to her role as an Elopement Coordinator, Mai is an active member of Local Love Arts and Craft and works at Shoku Izakay in Banff. When not coordinating elopements Mai can be found traveling, hiking, snowboarding, touring, rock climbing, skating, guitar, ukulele, canoeing, singing, dancing, and other arts and sports.
